What is this job all about?

This role is part of the creative team, responsible for crafting visual stories and high-quality assets. You will organise video content, transform existing footage into engaging videos, and ensure marketing materials (videos and static screenshots) are polished and consistent.

Video tasks:

• Setting-up video libraries of existing materials
• Editing new videos from existing materials or supporting other team members in closing their video projects
• Applying motion templates (pre-made) on existing materials if needed
• Working on audio design on new edits, or supporting other team members with their projects
• Helping with other simple video tasks (assets preparations, exporting)

Design tasks:

• Preparing static assets from video sources
• Using pre-made Photoshop templates to export new screenshots for CPP stores
• Supporting the team with other tasks in assets preparation

What are we looking for?

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere with strong editing skills and ability to manage complex video projects
• Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects: open existing projects, replace materials, minor timing adjustments, export final compositions
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to handle assets and use pre-made templates
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Position works in a hybrid model: minimum 3 days per week from the Wrocław office
