What is this job all about?
As a Junior Game Designer you’ll play a key role in shaping engaging player experiences. You’ll support the team in designing features, balancing gameplay, and analyzing player behavior. Working closely with designers, analysts, and developers, you’ll help turn ideas into exciting in-game content. It’s a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to games enjoyed by millions — with your creativity at the core of it all.
What will you be doing?
Assist the team in daily tasks like feature documentation and balancing content.
Research competing games and emerging trends in the mobile market.
Support QA and testing of new features from a design perspective.
Learn how to work with tools like Google Sheets, JIRA, and internal editors.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
What are we looking for?
A strong interest in mobile games and trends in gaming.
Basic understanding of how games are structured and balanced.
Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic formulas, logic).
Prior experience in game jams, prototypes, or game design studies.
Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and curiosity about the game industry.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in Polish and good English (min. B2 level).
