Hi, we are Ten Square Games. We create mobile games (e.g. Fishing Clash) and in 2024 had 77 million registered players and 300+ people on board.

What is this job all about?

We're searching for a talented Level Artist with a passion for game engines and technical artistry — someone eager to work in Unity and sculpt environments for globally launched mobile games.

Responsibilities

• Creating environments based on references
• Setting up realistic and visually appealing lighting
• Integrating 3D assets into the game engine
• Cooperating with other departments to improve and optimize location production and other areas of the project’s environment
• Planning, estimating and delegating tasks for assets required for a level
• Providing feedback to other artists to meet artistic and technical requirements

Job requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in any modeling and texturing software
• Knowledge of Unity
• Experience with animation and VFX
• Great communication skills and team-player attitude
• Understanding of art optimization for mobile games
• Ownership mindset
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing

Amaze us with

• Experience working with shaders
• Basic level design knowledge
• Organic modeling skills

• Proficiency in Blender
• Great knowledge of the gaming industry

Location: Wrocław (Dolnośląskie), Poland — hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the Wroclaw office.
