What is this job all about?:
We’re seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team at Ten Square Games. You’ll gain hands-on experience in mobile ads, campaign optimization, and data analysis—all in a fast-paced, fun environment.
What will you be doing?:
- Managing & Optimizing Advertising Campaigns – support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad networks. Learn how to adjust bids, refine targeting, and rotate ad creatives to improve performance.
- Analyzing Performance Data – work with key marketing metrics like CTR, CPA, CPI, CVR, LTV, ROAS, ARPPU, and spot trends that can improve campaign efficiency.
- Conduct simple A/B tests on creatives and targeting strategies, learning how to interpret results and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Awareness & Strategy – understand the basics of budget allocation across different campaigns and markets and contribute to planning discussions.
- Work closely with designers and marketing teams to provide feedback on ad creatives and explore AI-assisted content production tools.
- Stay informed about emerging advertising platforms, competitor activities, and market trends to help improve our strategy.

What are we looking for?:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps.
- Good understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad networks, DSPs, etc.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Willingness to learn – curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Team player – able to collaborate effectively with creative teams, analysts, and other marketing specialists.
- Analytical thinking – the ability to interpret campaign results and draw actionable insights.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Fluent in English.
