Duties
Registering and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Taking care of the correct flow of documents in and between companies.
Organizing company meetings and events.
Responsibility for tasks related to supplying the company with office supplies, groceries, necessary equipment.
Supervision over the cleaning staff, contact with the building administration in terms of reporting defects.
Taking care of the positive image of the companies (office order, decorations).
Organizing business trips.
Optimizing office costs, negotiating contracts with vendors.
Providing support for the accounting department in tasks such as scanning invoices and contracts, archiving purchase invoices, keeping records of office equipment, filing complaints, registering devices, etc.
Cooperating and supporting all departments of the company in ongoing administrative tasks.
Required skills
Experience in administrative and office work.
Fluency in Polish.
Knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in an international work environment (minimum B2 level).
Very good organization of own work.High personal culture, commitment.
Self-reliance and problem-solving attitude.
Computer skills, including good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of accounting, contracts, taxes.
