At THE PARASIGHT, we’re looking for a Level Designer with the creativity and technical skills to craft engaging levels and quests. You will play a vital role in shaping the environments and experiences that define our games, blending innovative design with strong environmental storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize new levels and quests, from initial prototyping to scripting and final implementation

• Design layouts and environments that not only enhance but also support the core gameplay mechanics of our games

• Craft compelling environmental narratives that enrich the player’s experience

• Create and maintain practical game/level design documents, as needed

• Collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design and implementation

ESSENTIAL

• 2+ years of experience in level design or a similar role within the industry

• Proficient in Unreal Engine, with a strong understanding of its tools and capabilities for level creation

• Up-to-date with current gameplay trends and a solid understanding of the game production pipeline

• Exceptional technical and creative problem-solving skills

• A great team player with a passion for creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences
