Role Overview

As a Lead Motion Designer, you will play a key role in driving the creative quality of our video production for games. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background, a passion for creativity, and the ability to guide and mentor a team to achieve excellence. Setting high-quality standards and helping the team improve continuously will be central to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical:

  • Produce high-quality creative videos for our games using Adobe After Effects and Blender 
    

  • Review videos created by the team to refine and improve their quality
    

  • Ensure videos meet high visual standards

• Managerial:

  • Support and guide Motion Designers to improve overall performance and skillsets
    

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas, study market trends and improve creative performance
    

  • Set and maintain quality standards for video production, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Technical:

  • 2+ years of experience in the gaming industry
    

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Blender
    

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, other 3D software and animation skills is a plus
    

  • Strong understanding of composition, rhythm and timing in video creatives

• Managerial:

  • Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and guide a creative team
    

  • A proactive mindset for fostering skill development and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds quality expectations
