Job Description:
Within the International HR teams, who work on global strategy and support for the group, you will join the Transversal Tech HR department.
The role of Global HR Business Partner dedicated to the Online Services department is to support the HR Transversal Tech team in nurturing and growing the talent within their direct and functional team with a focus on:
HR Process:
- Coordinating HR processes for teams spread in many different locations, working hand in hand with the on-site HR leaders and make sure of the proper maintenance of this processes in respect with Group policies & deadlines
- Give visibility to Online Services Directors about the different processes applicable to their respective teams (HR Operations, WFH…)
- Coordinate employee listening program results and analysis for OS
- Animate Online Services HRBP worldwide: cascade HR Online Services Road Map, highlight priorities and improvements, give visibility on achievements, motivate the network on the strategic projects that need to be implemented, share success on transformation
- Centralize information’s around the LTI process to give proper visibility and ways of action to OS SVP
- Gather KPIs around salaries reviews after implementation in local countries
Org Design:
- Participate to the design of the right organization
- Participate to the definition of the relevant job families and competencies in liaise with HR Transversal Tech Development team & Group COE’s
- Implement the Grading system toward OS Organization
- Arbitrate for job title validation when needed
Talent Development:
- Run Talent review, collective and individual development plan for your Domain teams
- Identify succession planning for critical Domain roles
- Facilitate mobility and job rotations to develop talent and build future leads with well-rounded experiences
- Partner with the HR global Centers of Expertise to design and implement cutting edge programs
- Give visibility on Domain career path in link with Transversal Tech talent & development team
- Identify technical paths to be built to keep Domain teams at the appropriate level of competences
- International mobility arbitration & tracking
Dashboards & KPIs:
- Contribute actively to the implementation of data quality culture & KPIs with HRBP in local countries to implement people dashboard for the Online Services
- Ensure all HR Tools and processes are properly updated and synchronized with the most up to date job referential for the Domain worldwide
- Make sure that Domain management team have access to key data for their perimeter (D&I, attrition, internal mobilities, promotions, WFH…)
You work in collaboration with HR Transversal Excellence and Development teams, Group COEs and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have senior HR Manager experience in an international context.

- You have excellent people skills and are able to influence and federate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and positive impact
