Job Description:

Ubisoft is looking for an Office Assistant to support our development studio in Belgrade. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who ensures that everything in the studio runs smoothly, allowing our team to focus on what they do best – creating great games.

What you'll do:

• Act as the first contact point in studio for our team members
• Front Desk activities on the high level of customer service (welcoming new employees, business partners, job candidates and colleagues from other Ubisoft studios)
• Supervise cleaning care with our provider
• Supervise food organization during events
• Manage office supplies
• Creating requests for invoices payment
• Keeping records of business documents (contacts, annexes, decisions, etc)
• Arranging office meetings and making sure everything is prepared (conference rooms, food and drinks, office supplies, etc)
• Creating ID cards for new employees
• Assist with general workplace initiatives & pilots

Qualifications:

• Experience as an office manager or similar role
• Flexible and able to multitask to accommodate ever changing schedules and the needs of the business
• Organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Eligibility to work in Serbia without additional documentation
