Upgrade Entertainment is looking for a Community Manager who’s more than a content scheduler—you’re a spark, a magnet, a movement-starter. Your mission: build and grow company’s community across Discord, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
Type: Part-time/Flexible (with potential to grow)
Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Do:
Take full ownership of our community channels—Discord, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok
Spark conversations, create shareable content, and keep the vibe strong
Find and engage the right audiences: gamers who will fall in love with Concubine
Run organic growth campaigns and guerilla-style outreach to hit bold follower goals
Plan and host mini-events, AMAs, and hype drops leading into our Early Access release
Be the bridge between the dev team and the players—listen, translate, and amplify
Track and report growth—yes, we love numbers when they mean real fans
Requirements:
A gamer at heart, especially into action RPGs and hack & slash titles
Fluent in English (other languages = great bonus)
Confident creating posts, memes, and hype with humor, edge, and clarity
Fast-moving, self-driven, and hands-on—this isn’t a waiting-for-approval job
Experienced in growing communities or hungry to prove you can
Not afraid to cold DM, comment, tag, or start chaos to get attention (the good kind)
Bonus Points If You:
Have already built or moderated a gaming community
Are a student, indie creative, or natural-born guerrilla marketer
Can write like a human, not a bot—voice and humor matter here
About the Company:
Upgrade Entertainment is an independent game studio based in Finland, built by creators who live and breathe bold ideas, striking aesthetics, and gameplay that sticks. We make visually daring, genre-bending games for players who want more than the ordinary. Our current focus is Concubine-a hack & slash adventure where dangerously powerful warrior women take the lead. We move fast, dream big, and build with passion. No corporate fluff-just a team obsessed with creating games that hit hard and stay with you.
