MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Own gameplay systems from ideation to completion. This includes brainstorming, pitching ideas, executing on them through to perfecting them post-launch
Design fun and immersive gameplay mechanics and features
Hands-on engine work (e.g. scripting, utilizing systems)
Develop and maintain design documentation, including mechanics, story and guidelines
Collaborate with the project cross functional team
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Combining high-level systemic thinking with attention to detail
Good practical working knowledge of Unreal Engine
Passion for video games with particular interest in strategy games
Ability to convey ideas concisely and as part of a detailed analysis, and to clearly formalize complex concepts and ideas
NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of Unreal's Gameplay Ability System
NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of Battle Brothers, WarTales, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and cRPG with Real-Time with Pause
