Who We’re Looking For:
Yodo1 is looking for a Games Marketing Lead who will own the marketing vision and strategy for our PC and mobile titles, from global launches through long-term campaigns that keep games thriving for years.

What We Expect:
You will:
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for PC and mobile games, covering brand, community, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
- Drive launches and major update campaigns to ensure strong awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Develop programs to sustain long-term success and extend game lifecycles over multi-year spans.
- Shape and evolve positioning, messaging, and creative direction to resonate with global gaming audiences.
- Partner with community and social teams to foster vibrant player communities and amplify word-of-mouth.
- Oversee growth and user acquisition efforts as part of integrated marketing strategies.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Use analytics, attribution, and player behavior insights to optimize campaigns and ensure measurable results.
Requirements:
You must have:
- 5+ years of experience in games marketing with proven success in PC and/or mobile games (experience in both is highly desirable).
- Track record of launching and sustaining at least one successful title globally for 2+ years.
- Broad expertise across marketing disciplines: brand, community, PR/communications, partnerships, and user acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of gaming audiences, player lifecycles, and monetization models (F2P, subscription, premium, live ops).
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
You might have:
- Experience with console titles in addition to PC/mobile.
- Background in community-driven marketing (influencers, esports, streaming, social activations).
- Familiarity with global go-to-market campaigns and regional market strategies.
- Experience sustaining long-lived games (MMOs, strategy, RPGs, or other multi-year performers).
