    Who We’re Looking For:

    Yodo1 is looking for a Head of Sales to lead the sales team to drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.

    You are:

    What We Expect:

    You will:

    • Build, manage, train, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on driving predictable revenue growth.
    • Develop and lead sales strategies to promote ad monetization, user acquisition, and publishing services to studios worldwide.
    • Own and exceed business goals and sales quotas across all service lines by closing high-impact deals with mobile game developers.
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
    • Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and use CRM and performance data to drive continuous sales improvement.
    • Represent the company at key industry events and meetings to strengthen relationships and expand Yodo1's global footprint in mobile gaming.

    You must have:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in mobile gaming or SaaS.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through outbound and strategic sales.
    • Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including monetization, user acquisition, and publishing models.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in hiring, managing, and scaling high-performing international sales teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities, with a hands-on approach to building relationships with key partners.
    • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data to track performance, optimize pipelines, and forecast results.

    You might have:

    • Experience working with or selling to PC/Steam game developers.
    • Understanding of marketing strategies and brand positioning.
    • Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones.
