    Room 8 Studio is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead Artist who specializes in stylized character creation and has a strong background in game development. 
    As the ideal candidate, you should be prepared to take on a variety of challenges and responsibilities, not just as an artist but also as a team leader. 

    Superpowers you have are

    • High-poly sculpt in Zbrush;

    • SubD modeling in Max / Maya;

    • Character topology for animation;

    • Cloth simulation in Marvelous Designer;

    • Excellent knowledge of anatomy;

    • Texturing in Substance Painter;

    • Ability to create UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);

    • Work experience in the role of Project Lead;

    • High standards of work quality and artistic taste;

    • The ability to objectively evaluate the work of others and give constructive feedback;

    • Teamwork skills.

    • Intermediate English level and above;

    You’re a rockstar if you have

    • Work experience with game engines;

    • A good understanding of the rigging and animation process;

    • Drawing skills.

    As a part of Room 8 studio, you will

    • Lead projects in stylized character direction;

    • Execute quality control of the work of artists in the team;

    • Assist and solve problems in the team that are related to the artistic and technical side of the project;

    • Organize the work of the team within the project and specific tasks;

    • Create technical specifications and guides;

    • Create high-poly and low-poly models of stylized characters for games on given concepts;

    • Create optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);

    • Work with stylized texturing.
