Opis stanowiska

Title:

Lead Designer (Unannounced Project)

Work model:

Hybrid — Warszawa, Mazowieckie, Poland

Job description:

  • Collaborate with Directors to define gameplay pillars that best realize the game vision.
  • Collaborate with other domain Leads to develop concrete, actionable solutions for challenges presented by the development process.
  • Lead a team of designers, providing mentoring and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop key foundational systems.
  • Provide feedback to the overall gameplay, combat, systems, story and level design.

Job requirements:

  • Experience as Lead Designer or Design Director.
  • 8+ years of experience in game design (gameplay and/or systems).
  • Experience with combat design.
  • Experience and very good skills in managing a design team.
  • Ability to work in hybrid model in our office in Warsaw.
  • Experience with working on indie/AA and understanding their limitations, capabilities and advantages.
  • Knowledge of both Polish and English at B2 level or above.
  • Ability to write good project documentation.
  • Ability to define technical requirements.
  • Ability to work within time and project constraints.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Passion about games — you’re still playing in your free time and keep up to date with the industry.
