Job description
Key responsibilities:
Preparation of the company’s annual budget.
Preparation of financial reports and analyses, including:
monthly controlling reports,
financial information for the quarterly financial statements,
presentations for the management and supervisory boards,
financial information for investor presentations.
Monitoring performance to budget and investigating variances.
Collaborating closely with the CFO and COO.
Acting as Finance Partner to other internal departments.
Executing ad hoc tasks and projects.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller
Previous experience in coordinating/leading the Financial Controlling team.
Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Working knowledge of IFRS/IAS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Strong Excel skills.
Proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude.
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to address issues openly and reasoning skills.
Polish: Fluent.
English: Basic working proficiency.
Nice to have:
Experience in the gamedev industry.
