Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the execution of overall strategy, as well as algorithms for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across individual channels.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive operation of analytics, strategy, and user acquisition within specific channels.
Systematize and improve UA approaches and decision-making — develop the channel in collaboration with the analytics team.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to identify growth opportunities and explore new possibilities in the channels.
Maintain a knowledge base and documentation within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in mobile game advertising.
Ability to manage ad campaigns focused on achieving KPI targets (CPI, CPA, ROI, etc.).
Experience with various ad sources: IronSource, Vungle, Unity, AppLovin.
Proficiency with analytics systems (Appsflyer, Tableau).
Ability to analyze data and present analytical findings.
English level: Intermediate or higher.
Self-organization and strong planning skills.
Proactiveness (eagerness to test new hypotheses, approaches, and explore new areas).
