We safeguard and offer DRM-free classic PC games to millions of passionate gamers worldwide, empowering them to protect, share, and relive their gaming legacies for years to come.

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist (Maternity Cover) who will keep HR processes running smoothly and in line with the law: from B2B, civil law and employment contracts, through payroll and benefits, to onboarding, employee records and external reporting. You will make sure that GOG.com employees and collaborators receive correct documents, settlements and answers on time, and that the company meets its obligations towards ZUS, the tax office (US), GUS, PFRON and NBP on schedule, while working effectively with benefit and HR system providers.

You will report to the Head of People & Culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing B2B contracts, civil law (zlecenie) contracts and employment contracts
  • Monthly settlements for B2B contractors and civil law contractors, including invoice verification
  • Preparing payroll for civil law contractors, management board members and employees, and passing data on for bookkeeping
  • Working with service providers in the People & Culture area (benefit and HR system providers): reviewing contracts and terms of cooperation, analyzing costs, implementing changes
  • Managing benefits: enrollments, changes and de-registrations of participants, running the benefits platform, settling benefit invoices together with the Finance and Accounting Department
  • Administering the Employee Pension Plan (PPE) offered by the Employer
  • Preparing reports on employment matters for external institutions (e.g. GUS, PFRON, NBP) and for internal needs (including cooperation with trade unions)
  • Preparing ZUS and tax office declarations, employee statements of earned pay and deductions (IMIR, PIT, IFT) and annual settlements, together with the Finance and Accounting Department
  • Running the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Preparing occupational health referrals, and tracking the validity of employees' medical examinations and health and safety (BHP) training
  • Maintaining personnel files (paper and electronic) and archiving contract documentation of collaborators and civil law contractors
  • Identifying and proposing improvements and automation, and leading projects in the People area
  • Issuing certificates and HR documents, answering questions from employees and collaborators, and providing labor law support to managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and payroll or in People Operations
  • Practical experience with B2B contracts and civil law contracts, and the rules for keeping them compliant with the law
  • Knowledge of the Enova HR and payroll system
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance (ZUS, PIT)
  • Experience in external reporting (ZUS, GUS, US) and payroll processing
  • Accuracy, reliability and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work with data and knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good working knowledge of English
