At Huuuge Games, we make top-grossing mobile games that bring people together through fun and social mobile gaming.
Become a part of an exciting adventure delivering fun & truly social experiences to millions of players around the world from our offices in Poland. Were now hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the continued success of one of our biggest titles.
This is a key, hands-on role for an experienced product professional who thrives in data-driven environments, loves working cross-functionally, and wants to see measurable impact from their idea.
How will you make an impact with us?:
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of core product features, ensuring they deliver strong player engagement, retention, and monetization results.
- Translate business goals and player insights into actionable product roadmaps and feature concepts, working closely with Production, Design, Monetization, and Analytics teams.
- Deeply analyze KPIs, player behavior, and A/B test results to guide data-informed decisions and continuously improve game performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, UI, Economy, Marketing) to ensure cohesive player experiences and smooth feature launches.
- Drive excellence in product execution — from ideation and prototyping through live operations and post-launch analysis.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and player feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Champion the voice of the player, ensuring that business goals are achieved without compromising on fun or community engagement.
Job requirements:
This is the right job for you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile free-to-play games or other live service environments.
- A strong understanding of KPIs and game design systems that drive user retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Proven experience in feature optimization, A/B testing, and event calendar management in live games.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable working with analytics dashboards, queries, and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong ownership mentality and the ability to deliver measurable results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with curiosity and adaptability to changing business needs.
Surprise us with:
- Experience working with Marketing KPIs and cross-media campaigns.
- Familiarity with SQL, DAX, or other data science tools.
- A track record of integrating AI into product workflows or game features.
