Job Description:

  • Taking care of proper flow of documents (mainly invoices) in accounting department.
  • Entering payments into the banking system.
  • Monitoring due date of payments to vendors.
  • Reconciliation of credit card spendings with cost invoices.
  • Assistance in cost invoices bookkeeping, under supervision of the Chief Accountant.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in an accounting-related position (preferably in an accounting office).
  • Experience in operating accounting software (preferably ERP Optima) is an advantage.
  • At least middle advanced in Excel.
  • Good English and Polish skills (B2 level).
  • Well-organized, committed, proactive and ready to cooperate within the team.
