    Sperasoft is a leading game co-development company headquartered in California. We work closely with our partners to deliver high-quality titles for world-class publishers. Sperasoft is a part of Keywords studios – international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry and beyond.

    We are now looking for a Junior Service Engineer who will join our Team in Warsaw office, to be responsible for:

    • Processing complicated requests, network, hardware, and specific software troubleshooting.

    • Computer ordering, construction, staging, OS, and software installation.

    • Networking cabling, bundling, and troubleshooting.

    • Server oversight and maintenance (without direct administration).

    • Software, electrical, and cooling maintenance.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge in hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.

    • Knowledge of Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 troubleshooting.

    • Understanding of Active Directory (user account management).

    • Ability to write technical documentation precisely.

    • Ability to provide end-user face-to-face and remote support; can-do service attitude and approach.

    • Knowledge and understanding of PC, network, and other technology procurement processes; ability to order parts quickly and inexpensively.

    • Great English (both speaking and writing).

    Would be an advantage:

    • Support experience in the game industry, including troubleshooting art software (Autodesk, Allegorithmic, Adobe, etc.).

    • Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN, Perforce).

    • Experience in the MS O365 cloud platform.

    • Experience in remote user support and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly way.

    • Experience with patch panel commutation and LAN cabling.

    • Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or any other bug-tracking system.

    • Commercial experience of 1 year or more.
