What is this job all about?:

We are looking for a fast-paced Video Editor / Motion Designer (f/m/d) to create high-volume marketing content for mobile games. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling and editing skills, a good sense of pacing and audio, and can deliver engaging content quickly in a performance-driven, AI-supported environment.

What will you be doing?:

• Create marketing video ads for mobile games.
• Edit multiple new videos using existing assets and materials and use AI tools to create new materials when needed, on a weekly basis.
• Own the entire video production cycle: gather assets, edit, polish audio, color, motion export with technical requirements in multiple ratios/durations/localisations, properly name and backup projects and assets as agreed.
• Set up and organize video libraries.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams in the production of video creatives.
• Support other team members in finalizing video projects.
• Use AI tools to support content creation and workflows.

What are we looking for?:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing or motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content that demonstrates ability to shape clear messages and short narrative stories (preferably marketing video ads between 30-60 seconds).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with strong editing skills and ability to manage complex video projects.
• Good understanding of Adobe After Effects, including ability to open existing projects, replace materials, make minor timing adjustments, and export final compositions.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to handle assets, prepare materials for video, and utilize pre-made templates effectively.
• Strong storytelling and editing sense; good feeling for timing.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Willingness to use Generative AI tools to create new material.

Amaze us with:

• Experience with AI-generated content/tools (strong plus).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (use of Adobe tools is mandatory for this role).
