With 77 million registered players in 2025 and 300+ people on board, we keep growing and learning.

What is this job all about?:

We are on the lookout for an Art Lead — someone who won’t just create visuals but will shape the entire artistic vision of the product. You will work closely with 2D Artists, 3D Artists, Concept Artists, and Technical Artists to drive creative alignment and output.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the game’s visual direction and lead the art team to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals across all assets and environments.
  • Apply technical expertise to optimize assets for performance, ensuring they meet both artistic and gameplay needs.
  • Maintain high standards of visual quality, attention to detail, and stylistic consistency across multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to artists to support their growth and ensure successful execution of design projects; contribute to recruitment and talent nurturing.
  • Structure the creative process — turning ideas and vision into actionable steps and deliverables.
  • Create assets and actively participate in creating new locations within the game, where needed.
  • Collaborate with the Producer (Project Manager) to coordinate asset production planning.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support new team members throughout their growth journey.
  • Lead performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth and development of team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners and product managers to strengthen and scale the production pipeline and drive innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an art leadership or coordination role in game development (minimum 2 years).
  • Passion for games and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game design and visual communication.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as lead the art team.
  • Experience in 2D or 3D software, e.g. Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce top-quality assets.
  • Solid understanding of UX and its importance in the player experience.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of the project's features.
  • A great eye for visual quality, detail, and style consistency.
  • Value and respect feedback from your team.
  • Experience in people management — including participation in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Amaze us with:

  • Experience in semi-realistic productions.
  • Academic background (Art Academy, Fine Arts, Design, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your art direction skills and leadership impact.
