  • Seizing Opportunities for Growth: Initiate engaging actions and participate in building solutions supporting our community. Participate in projects that improve or develop GOG as a place for gamers, including research initiatives and events.
  • Driving Product and Strategy: Impact the shaping and delivery of community-facing products on GOG.com and GOG Galaxy. Develop mechanics for acquiring, nurturing, and retaining Patrons and community members while defining and tracking KPIs to drive sustainable growth and engagement.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Dedicated Community Management: Deep experience running highly engaged communities; moderating discussions and maintaining a welcoming space.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to cooperate with diverse teams across the organization and represent communities in cross-team projects.
  • PC Games Expertise: Passion for gaming history and classic titles; ability to convey the cultural significance of these games and GOG's preservation mission.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full professional fluency in English.
  • Technical Excellence & Tooling: Hands-on experience with modern community, social, and analytics tools; able to leverage automation/bot integrations and data-informed insights.
  • Knack for Simple Graphic Creation: Ability to craft engaging social assets, memes, and banners on the fly.
  • Crisis Management: Experience handling sensitive community issues and maintaining a positive brand image under pressure.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Analytical mindset; use data to measure success of campaigns and iterate on strategies.
