Job Description:

As a Junior Level Designer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing levels and actions in an open-world game under the guidance of experienced team members. You will work together with other departments like art, code, design and more to create unique and memorable environment levels.

Your daily tasks:

  • Assisting in creating, modifying and debugging game levels within a specified project.
  • Close cooperation with specialists from various fields - art, programming, design, audio, animation, etc.
  • Creating environments for players.
  • Participating in game testing, checking levels for gameplay issues, bugs, and other problems.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for making games.
  • Eagerness to design and create a playable, engaging, and understandable environment offering diverse gameplay.
  • Basic skills in using any editor (Unity, Unreal, RedKit, Cryengine, RoadHog). Ideally, basic knowledge of Techland's DevTools.
  • Continual development within tools, techniques, and industry practices.
  • Willingness to work with other people to achieve a common goal.
  • Good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of architecture.
  • Artistic skills (drawing, painting, modeling, etc.).
