What is this job all about?:
Welcome to our Product Management Rotational Program - a selective, fast-paced, 12-month immersive experience where you will work directly on live game development teams. Over the course of one year, you will rotate through three product teams for four months each to experience different team dynamics, lifecycle stages, and monetization strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze player behaviors and trends to inform product choices.
- Track KPIs, spot opportunities and run A/B tests to optimize game mechanics and monetization.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities.
- Set measurable goals and implement feedback to boost satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with Head of Product and Producers to set sprint goals, plan releases and ensure smooth launches.
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented, well-organized and efficient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and accountable mindset.
- Curious and creative mindset.
- Strong business acumen.
- Solid technical skills: Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau and SQL are a plus.
