Job Description

Reality Games is a fast-growing mobile game studio that uses real-world data to create innovative and addictive games. Our first hit, Landlord Real Estate Tycoon, has already attracted over 10 million players, and we’re aiming for 50 million in the next 18 months!

We’re also thrilled to announce the soft launch of our latest project — Monopoly World, a groundbreaking geolocation-based game.

As our team continues to grow, we’re currently looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Growth Team — someone eager to develop their skills while managing a community of over 4 million players (and counting!).

It's a full-time, work-from-office position in the historical railway station building in Kraków.

Your responsibilities:

  • Resolving player issues
  • Managing Discord and engaging with the community
  • Supporting in-game events and LiveOps
  • Optimizing support processes

Job requirements:

  • Interest in community-driven games
  • At least 1-year of previous customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, B2+ English
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or in progress)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
