• Junior Customer Support Specialist
• Growth Team

Employment details:

• Full-time, work-from-office position.
• Office location: Historical railway station building in Kraków (city centre).

Your responsibilities:

• Resolving player issues
• Managing Discord and engaging with the community
• Supporting in-game events and LiveOps
• Optimizing support processes

Job requirements:

• Interest in community-driven games
• At least 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills, B2+ English
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or in progress)
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
